Send us a front facing, high resolution picture of your pet(s) through our Contact Us Page. (Please make sure that it is a clear shot of your pets face with nothing in their mouth.)

We will complete your drawing and submit it back to you for approval. We are happy to work with the drawing to make sure that it is an perfect representation of your pet. You will receive 2 revisions.

Once you have approved your design, we will send you a .PNG file with transparent background and a .jpeg file that represents the exact picture we received.

Once you receive your digital files you can

Please refer to the listing for the most up to date processing time for each product. • We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or delays caused by the shipping provider. We are pleased to offer shipping across all U.S. states, territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

Processing Time:
We process your orders from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Our goal is to get your items on their way as quickly as possible, always prioritizing order sequence.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Our shipping rates vary depending on the product and your chosen delivery method. All shipping costs will be transparently calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note, processing times are separate from the actual shipping times.
